I use plenty of curry leaves in my cooking. <br />When you deep fry the curry leaves they become very crisp and are cooked. When you pound them it forms a thick paste due to the oil.Rachanahttp://sizzlenspice.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3141303403503688233.post-47077810194261221052010-05-29T20:25:58.226-07:002010-05-29T20:25:58.226-07:00Thank you everyone for your kind words!Thank you everyone for your kind words!Rachanahttp://sizzlenspice.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3141303403503688233.post-58147804718877422842010-05-29T19:33:14.677-07:002010-05-29T19:33:14.677-07:00Wonderful fusion recipe. When I fry the leaves, they get all crispy and I crumble them between paper towels so they're like a semi-ground spice. When you do a paste, are they still a bit uncooked or do you add oil?Claudiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04373419551112159105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3141303403503688233.post-4310036465472941782010-05-28T23:01:32.294-07:002010-05-28T23:01:32.294-07:00I love mixing non-traditional flavors into pasta! ...I love mixing non-traditional flavors into pasta!
